The Karr Team specializes in helping you buy and sell real estate in Columbus, Ohio and the surrounding counties (Franklin, Fairfield, Delaware, Licking, Pickaway). We strive to maintain a real estate environment conducive to knowledge and integrity in all aspects of the real estate arena.

	Karen Karr has been selling real estate for 20+ years and heads The Karr Team which was formed in 2004.
		Angela Bartley joined with Karen in 2004 assisting with listings and also providing real estate services to buyers
	Bonnie Bloomfield was licensed in 2006 and is dedicated to assisting buyers.
		Kelly Washington is the newest addition to the Karr Team. She has been a realtor since August 2003 and is expereinced with HUD, REO, and investment properties. She has worked as an Appraiser Asstistant since November 2004. Kelly will be assisting Karen and buyers.
